At The Nesavu, all our products are ready-to-wear and ready-to-ship—so you never have to wait long for that special outfit! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.


📍 DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • We usually ship all orders within 1–3 business days

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery to most metro cities takes 2–5 working days

  • Remote or interior regions may take longer based on courier reach

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp

🚛 Courier Partners

  • We primarily ship via DCDC, ST Courier, and for remote areas, India Post

  • If you prefer a specific courier, please inform us at the time of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate

📦 Tamper-Evident Packaging

All orders are packed in secure, tamper-evident packaging.
If your package looks damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.
Contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you.


💰 Shipping Charges (India)

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹5,000

  • A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below ₹5,000


🛍 Multiple Shipping Addresses

Each order is shipped to one address only.
To send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.


🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

✈️ Processing & Delivery

  • We ship internationally using reputed couriers like DHL, FedEx, or equivalent

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days

  • Typical delivery time is 7–15 working days, depending on destination

🧾 Customs & Import Duties

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges must be paid directly to the courier before delivery is completed

  • Please check your country’s import rules before placing an order

❗ If customs duties are unpaid, the shipment may be destroyed by local authorities. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

We love that you shop with us from around the world 🌍
But here’s something important to know before you order —

🧾 Who pays the customs duty?

If your country’s customs asks for import duty, tax, or clearance fee, it’s paid by you (the customer).
We don’t collect or include these charges during checkout.

🚚 Why does this happen?

Every country has its own import rules.
Recently, even the U.S. removed its duty-free limit, so small parcels may also get charged now.
These are government-imposed fees, not extra shipping charges from us or DHL.

💬 What to expect

• DHL or your local courier might contact you to pay customs charges before delivery.
• If customs delays or holds your parcel, it’s sadly out of our control.
• If you choose not to pay the duties, the parcel may be returned or disposed of.
Refunds are not applicable.

💡 Tip before you order

Check your country’s import rules so there are no surprises at delivery.

We ship on a “Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP)” basis —
which means your order price covers the product and shipping only, not import duties or local taxes.


🌐 Remote Area Surcharge (RAS)

  • If your international address falls under a Remote Area, our courier may apply an extra charge

  • We’ll notify you before dispatch; if unpaid within 3 days, the order will be canceled and refunded in full


📦 Return Address (For Domestic Returns)
