Ecommerce Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing Shopify store. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, optimize product listings, ensure seamless order fulfillment, and enhance the overall online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management:

    • Upload, edit, and manage product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and SEO tags on Shopify.
    • Ensure product data is accurate and optimized for search engines and conversions.
    • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal product highlights.

  • Order Processing & Fulfillment:

    • Oversee the order processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
    • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and resolve order issues.
    • Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and communication related to order status.

  • Inventory Management:

    • Monitor stock levels and update product availability on Shopify.
    • Work closely with the warehouse team to minimize stock discrepancies.
    • Flag low stock levels and coordinate restocking efforts.

  • Customer Service Coordination:

    • Assist the customer service team in managing queries related to orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient resolution of customer issues.

  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics:

    • Track e-commerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
    • Generate reports and provide insights to improve store performance, user experience, and sales.

  • Marketing & Promotions:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and offers on Shopify.
    • Support email marketing, social media campaigns, and digital ads by updating product details and links.

  • Website Maintenance:

    • Ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and updated with the latest designs and features.
    • Troubleshoot and coordinate with developers to fix bugs or technical issues on the Shopify platform.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Any Degree/Diploma in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Shopify stores, including product uploads, order processing, and using apps/plugins.
  • SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with basic on-page SEO, keyword optimization, and product tagging.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze reports and performance metrics to improve conversions and revenue.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, logistics, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Experience using tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards for data management.
