Cashier cum stock incharge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accurate billing and invoice generation.
  • Maintain daily cash registers, perform reconciliations, and prepare end-of-day reports.
  • Ensure proper stock management, including receiving, labeling, and storing products.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to minimize discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for timely restocking of items.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management about low or excess inventory.
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and damaged product reports efficiently.
  • Address customer queries regarding billing, payments, and stock availability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized billing counter and stockroom.
  • Assist in stock transfers between locations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in cashiering, stock management, or similar roles.
  • Basic knowledge of billing systems, cash registers, and stock management software.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with retail or fashion showroom operations is preferred.
  • Educational Requirement: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Salary & Incentives:

  • ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and performance).

Work Schedule:

  • Working Days: 6 days per week
