Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Research and craft content strategies for social media campaigns by keeping up with the latest trends.
  • Develop and publish engaging, high-impact posts to grow brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create timely and visually appealing images and videos.
  • Schedule and plan posts using online scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Publer.
  • Build a community by fostering meaningful conversations and responding to comments.
  • Identify and connect with influencers to boost brand collaborations and promotions.
  • Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to establish a personal connection with the audience.
  • Analyze social media analytics to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on new social media platform features and innovations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional knowledge of popular social media platforms and their features.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Outstanding copywriting skills (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of social media ads and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Experience using social media scheduling tools.
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, media, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic customer service abilities and time management expertise.

Salary & Incentives:

  • ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and performance).

Work Schedule:

  • Working Days: 6 days per week
