Cashier cum stock incharge

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accurate billing and invoice generation.
- Maintain daily cash registers, perform reconciliations, and prepare end-of-day reports.
- Ensure proper stock management, including receiving, labeling, and storing products.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for timely restocking of items.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management about low or excess inventory.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and damaged product reports efficiently.
- Address customer queries regarding billing, payments, and stock availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized billing counter and stockroom.
- Assist in stock transfers between locations as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in cashiering, stock management, or similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems, cash registers, and stock management software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with retail or fashion showroom operations is preferred.
- Educational Requirement: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Salary & Incentives:
- ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and performance).
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: 6 days per week
