Showroom Billing assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing counters and generate accurate invoices for customers.
  • Handle payments through various modes such as cash, card, UPI, or online transfers.
  • Cross-check product details and pricing before processing bills.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, payments, and returns.
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt and friendly service at the billing desk.
  • Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or customer queries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Assist in daily cash reconciliations and report generation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing area.
  • Provide support during peak hours and special events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of billing systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with retail or showroom environments is preferred.
  • Educational Requirement: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Salary & Incentives:

  • ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and performance).

Work Schedule:

  • Working Days: 6 days per week
