SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • All orders with in India are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
  • Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / india postal norms.
  • THENESAVU.COM is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 4-9 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Most orders are delivered within one week to Indian metro cities.
  • We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) along with the courier company details through email.
  • Octroi or entry tax if any should be borne by the customer
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • All international orders (outside India) would be processed within 4-5 working days and shipped through an international courier company.
  • Most orders are delivered within 10-15 days to foreign destinations.
  • Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and quantity of units purchased. Please note that shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight.
  • Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) along with the courier company details through email.
  • You can track the status of your package through the courier’s website or by contacting their local customer service centre.
  • The courier will attempt delivery twice at your specified shipping address, before they inform us that your package is not deliverable.

REMOTE AREA SURCHARGE (RAS) FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • According to the policies of the international carrier, an additional surcharge may be levied if the shipping address is defined by the carrier as a remote area.
  • This Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) would not be charged at the time of placing the order. Instead, it would be informed to you before shipping the goods. In such case, you have to pay the surcharge through the website. If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days after our notification, then we would cancel your order and refund the amount paid towards the items in full.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • For some countries, if the need arises, our carrier will have to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Any additional taxes, import duties or customs charges levied in this process will be charged to you. You are liable to pay the carrier for those charges in such cases.
  • So we recommend that you be aware of the laws and regulations governing the import of goods in the country where you want the items shipped.

INSURANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • THENESAVU and its affiliates are committed to deliver the goods to you in time and in good condition. However, THENESAVU and its affiliates have limited liability in case of any loss of goods during transit. The carrier will bear any loss in transit only to an extent of a limit that may change from time to time.
  • Hence we recommend you to opt for insurance while you place the order. The option would be available on our website whenever your order value exceeds the limit specified by the carrier. Insurance charges would be calculated as per the rates specified by the insurance company.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

  • All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If you need the products delivered to more than one shipping address place your orders separately with the different addresses.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 2 working days from the date you place the order.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  • We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. You can refer to “Track my order” to see status on your order.
  • Shipping timelines for “made to order” will vary based on the individual product ordered. Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.

TAMPER-PROOF PACKAGING

  • All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition, and we will be unable to fulfil any exchange or refund request.
