Showroom Billing assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing counters and generate accurate invoices for customers.
- Handle payments through various modes such as cash, card, UPI, or online transfers.
- Cross-check product details and pricing before processing bills.
- Maintain proper records of sales, payments, and returns.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt and friendly service at the billing desk.
- Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or customer queries.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in daily cash reconciliations and report generation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing area.
- Provide support during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with retail or showroom environments is preferred.
- Educational Requirement: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Salary & Incentives:
- ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and performance).
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: 6 days per week
