Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee daily activities such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Train and develop team members to achieve business goals and boost performance.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Ensure safety compliance by maintaining a clean, secure, and well-organized warehouse.
- Address and solve problems related to equipment, inventory errors, and order fulfillment.
- Manage warehouse performance by tracking reports and meeting operational targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
- Monitor budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
Salary & Incentives:
- ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and performance).
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: 6 days per week
