Graphic Designer

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design social media graphics, website banners, promotional posters, product catalogs, and marketing materials that capture attention.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and execute visual concepts for campaigns.
  • Create visually stunning designs that reflect The Nesavu’s blend of traditional and modern styles.
  • Edit, retouch, and enhance product images to ensure they look appealing online and in print.
  • Maintain design consistency across all materials while staying true to the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality visuals within deadlines.
  • Adapt designs for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and print media.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and innovations to produce fresh and engaging content.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a graphics designer or in a similar design role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar graphic design tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color schemes, and design principles.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to create polished, professional designs.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred.

Salary & Incentives:

  • ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and performance).

Work Schedule:

  • Working Days: 6 days per week
