Customer Support Executive
The Nesavu, a growing brand in the fashion and apparel industry, is looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. If you have 0 - 3 years of experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional and friendly approach.
- Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be a high school diploma or graduate & above with 1-3 years of experience in retail or counter sales.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
Salary & Incentives:
- ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and performance).
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: 6 days per week
